EC 4321 (ORGANIZATIONS, MARKET AND GOVERNANCE)

This course is designed to provide an overview of the various topics related to the internal structure of firms and organization. Topics discussed are among others; vertical and horizontal boundary of firms, team theory (hierarchy and information processing), contracting under adverse selection and moral hazard, signalling, relational contracts and authority in organizations.
